When applying to be part of our cloud engineer network as a freelancer we may ask you and collect the following information:

Identity Verification and Biometric

We may collect Personal Information to verify your identity and to detect fraud, identity theft, or other misuse of your account through facial recognition and other technologies.This might be a photograph of your face, a selfie, or data about your interactions with the Service.We may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of your government-issued ID. We may ask you to take a photo of yourself and of your government-issued identification through your mobile phone (the “Verification Data”). The Verification Data will be provided to our biometric technology service provider (Veriff, Inc. – “Veriff”), who will use facial recognition technology to analyze the geometry of your face through the photographs and extract biometric information or biometric identifiers relating to you (collectively, “Biometric Data”). The Verification Data and the Biometric Data will be used to verify and confirm your identity. However, CloudOps will not receive the Biometric Data but will only receive the verification output that will indicate the authenticity of the identification, whether your identity has been verified and confirmed, and your name from your government-issued identification.

Background check

To insure and protect our customer we may collect information about criminal convictions or offences. In the case we will need this this data we will ask you consent before collection following any applicable law.

Profile Information

We may use certain part of your Personal data and Resume information to allow our customer on the platform to Search for freelance with the desired skills and experience

Client comments, feedback and rating

We may share with our customer any comment, feedback or rating that previous customers set regarding the performance of your services.
